Attracting a mix of affluent fashion folk, designers and DJ’s, Hotel Es Vive is a well-known institution on the island. The owners commissioned Cochrane Design for the complete overhaul of the restaurant, bar, spa and rooms across three consecutive seasons. The completion of the first phase of renovations saw the opening of Deco restaurant which embraces the full glamour of the 1920’s with it’s bespoke black and white marble floors and a mirror backed bar. Every element down to the studded leather chairs, fluted tables and coved ceilings were carefully considered to inspire the feeling of 1920’s elegance. The lighting, mirrors and bar were designed bespoke for the restaurant and were imported from Italy and London. In 2016 we began the second phase of the refurbishment which led to the relaunch of hotel’s 53 rooms and new health and wellness centre.
