LIVING / DINING AREA

White House

The brief was to create a light, bright and open-plan space with a minimalist aesthetic. The design team collaborated with Meg to develop the concept for the egg-shaped island which was constructed from an arched timber frame wrapped in resin creating a sculptural focal point in the open-plan living space. The Venice Beach style aesthetic developed organically off the back of the island design and pale grey concrete floors and white Corian worktops were installed to complete the clean and modern scheme.
