Location: Central London, UK

Project Type: Commercial Office

Services: Full Design and Build

Savile Row is synonymous with craftsmanship, precision, and timeless style. When we were commissioned to transform a commercial office at 24 Savile Row, our goal was clear: to design a workplace that not only functioned seamlessly for its employees but also reflected the prestige and heritage of its location.

Balancing Functionality with Prestige

The client’s vision was to maintain an open-plan environment while providing flexibility for private meetings and focused work. To achieve this, we introduced switchable glass partitions—a solution that allows spaces to be redefined instantly. Transparent when open, opaque when privacy is required, these partitions offered a refined approach that kept natural light flowing throughout the office.

Alongside ergonomic and anthropometric considerations, every element of the layout was designed with the well-being of employees in mind. From desk arrangements to circulation routes, the space encourages productivity without compromising comfort.

Bespoke Joinery and Craftsmanship

At the heart of the scheme lies carefully designed bespoke joinery, crafted to the highest standard. Every piece was tailored not only to the practical requirements of the office but also to add an elevated aesthetic. The joinery blends seamlessly with the architectural features, ensuring the design feels intentional and enduring.

Tradition Meets Contemporary Design

One of the defining characteristics of this project is the juxtaposition of traditional wall panelling with sleek polished plaster finishes. This balance pays homage to the historic conservation area while asserting the contemporary identity of a modern workplace. The combination creates a distinctive environment—one that respects its context while positioning the company as forward-looking and dynamic.

Outcome

The result is a workspace that reflects the prestige of its address. By integrating craftsmanship, flexibility, and carefully considered detailing, we delivered a high-end office that enhances both brand presence and day-to-day functionality.
