Project Coordination
Project Coordination is an integral part of our delivery process, and therefore fundamental to the success of every project we complete. Cochrane Design is the central point of communication, we are the link between our clients, our consultants and any other parties involved; delivering a flow of relevant information from progress reports to monthly financial reports, and after-care.
Throughout the project we provide reassurance and confidence to our clients’ using our experience to work within tight schedules and budgets ensuring all deadlines are met on time to deliver our turnkey service on the scheduled date of completion to our clients, guaranteeing and expecting a high quality of work from our joiners, construction teams, suppliers and all the trades involved in the project.
Staging
Cochrane Staging provides a luxury staging, bespoke furniture rentals and styling service to a wide variety of clients – property developers, real estate agents, media companies, film and theatre production companies, event organisers etc. Cochrane Staging offers bespoke service for each project, incorporating its signature luxury look of timeless elegance, which has made Cochrane Design’s name famous in London, Europe, LA and internationally.
